Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to register a return of your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
After registration, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back.

How Does the Return Process Work?

To register a return, please use our return form on the website.

You will need to provide:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Order number

  • The item you wish to return

  • Optional: reason for the return

  • Photos in case of defect or damage

After submitting the form, you will receive:

  • A confirmation of your return request

  • Detailed return instructions

  • The return address for your package

Important: Returns cannot be processed without prior registration via the return form.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product is unused and unworn

  • The product is in its original condition

  • All labels are still attached

  • The item is free of odors, makeup, deodorant, sweat, hair, or other signs of use

  • Socks can only be returned if the packaging is unopened

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Worn or washed products

  • Items without labels

  • Socks with opened packaging

  • Damaged or incomplete items (unless they were received this way)

  • Items showing signs of use

  • Gift cards and digital products

Return Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We reimburse these costs only if the product is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrectly delivered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method you used for the order.

Please note:

  • For a full return, original shipping costs are refunded.

  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed, except in case of defect or incorrect delivery.

  • If the item has been used or damaged, we may charge a reduction in value.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible as long as the item meets our return conditions.
Register your exchange via the return form, and we will contact you to arrange it.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please report this within 48 hours via the return form (with clear photos).
We will resolve this free of charge.
