These terms apply to every order placed through our webshop.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

Product Information

We strive to display product information, images, and colors as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that:

  • Colors will exactly match your screen settings;

  • Products will be identical to the photos due to slight production differences.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies.

Order & Payment

Your order is final once payment has been completed.
We offer the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL

  • Credit Card

  • Klarna

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example, in case of suspected fraud.

Prices

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed at any time.

Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
We ship within the Netherlands and the rest of the EU.

Shipping times depend on the destination.
We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Returns

You have the right to register a return of your order within 30 days of receipt.
All information about returns can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.

Key conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All labels must be attached

  • Socks can only be returned if unopened

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered

  • Returns must be registered via our return form on the website

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.
For a full return, we refund the original shipping costs.

Warranty

We comply with the statutory warranty within the Netherlands & EU.
A product must perform as reasonably expected.

For defects:

  • Report within 48 hours via the return form

  • Include clear photos

  • We will always seek a suitable solution

Use of Our Website

It is prohibited to:

  • Copy our content without permission

  • Use our platform for illegal activities

  • Spread viruses, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to deny access if the site is misused.

Privacy

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit

  • Damage caused by improper use of products

  • Delays caused by carriers

Our total liability will never exceed the amount of the order.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, pandemics, transportation issues, or natural disasters.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
