Shipping Within the Netherlands & EU

We ship orders from the Netherlands via DHL, a reliable and well-known shipping partner.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 16:00 will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 16:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • Belgium & Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

During peak periods, such as sales or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over €75 within the Netherlands. When this promotion is active, it will be clearly indicated on the website.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with tracking information.
Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to be fully updated.

Incorrect Address Information

Always check your shipping address before placing an order.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged product (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Duties (Not Applicable Within the EU)

No additional customs fees apply for shipments within the EU.
If we ship outside the EU in the future, additional fees may apply, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
